- It is not recommended for people with communal or back problems.

**Cuando éramos niños fue un sueño recurrente el tener alas, o poder volar como esos súper héroes a quienes admirábamos**. En algún momento logro crearse el avión, que a estas alturas de la historia ha avanzado hasta alcanzar velocidades más allá de la velocidad del sonido, también ha creado distintos mecanismos para poder aventurarse en el aire.

Que permite a las personas ver el mundo desde otra perspectiva, literalmente tocar las nubes, sentirse en el cielo.

Hay algunas empresas en Jamaica dedicadas a esta particular forma de diversión, que cabe destacar no es para todo el mundo. Ya que muchos suelen tener miedo a las alturas, es normal no todos se sienten seguros sin tocar el suelo, sin embargo sería una gran experiencia alzar vuelo. 

Puedes realizar esta actividad en Kingston y en St. Elisabeth . Generalmente se brinda el servicio a un grupo, se fija un punto de salida y llegada.

En el momento de alzar vuelo hay que de cierta forma correr, la adrenalina que se debe sentir antes de saltar al vacío debe ser algo de máxima emoción, también cuando ya toca pisar suelo de nuevo después de alrededor de una hora en el aire (*tiempo promedio del vuelo*) es de buena actividad física.

***Por lo dicho anteriormente, hay que tener muy presente la siguiente información, no basta con solo querer vivir la experiencia, hay algunas consideraciones importantes pertinentes al caso:***

• En general, no ofrecen servicio adaptado para personas en silla de rueda.
• No es recomendable para personas con problemas de comuna o espalda.
• Tampoco es recomendable para mujeres embarazadas.
• Abstenerse personas con problemas cardíacos o médicos graves.


Esto no es con la intención de excluir a nadie, solo que es necesario tener algunas salvedades considerando el estado físico de las personas para evitar males mayores.
