Recently I made a [publication](https://steemit.com/life/@josevas217/sales-knowledge-a-necessary-learning-for-all-professions-opinion) in which I commented a little about what my life has been since I arrived in Bogotá.

I mentioned something important that I have learned, related to the area of sales, business, in short: the economic, and **how it has affected my vision for the future**.


But, I am one of the people who considers that any growth (economic, professional, labor, among others) must be accompanied in parallel with his **personal development**, of the growth as **person**.

Unfortunately it is very common to see people who are in good economic condition treat others as if they were below them, wanting to belittle others just for having more money.


>Logic tells me that the more tools you have, the more your contribution to the world should be.

That is to say, I don't mean in this case that you should give away everything you have or what you achieve with effort, I mean that if life has given you good opportunities, what you have known how to take advantage of, it is not superfluous to offer that gained as experience to the rest of the world.

In general it can be difficult for many to get rid of certain things, but - **and let the analogy be true** - sometimes walking light on luggage allows you to move faster and faster.


>But I think I'm a bit off the main topic I want to touch on is personal development, in this case.

If we analyze ourselves as human beings, as people, we must not lose sight of the fact that we are the expression of what is the union between body, mind, spirit and how they react to the social.

So when we talk about **Personal Development** we can't leave aside the growth of any of these areas. It is necessary that we take care of our body, as it is the physical that allows us to relate to this earthly world, and if it fails (or any of the other aspects) it will limit our overall development.  We must cultivate the mental, read, see good documentaries, movies, we must be entertained, and strengthen along with our body.

There is a subject, the spiritual, everyone has their own way of approaching it, there are those who go to mass, others at any religious time depending on the religion they are part of and/or create, others with meditation, everyone in their own way, but we are also energy and it is a component that we should not neglect.

I am not an expert on this subject or anything like it, but I always try to have a comprehensive view, as it makes it easier for me to see the points that are failing and thus move towards solving the problem.

It is not that I spend it in permanent self-observation, but I usually analyze myself in order to improve.

Society is full of valuable people, no matter what they do, we are all part of a gear beyond what we think. We directly affect many and indirectly many more. Then the best thing is to do well what we do.

>Not to act thinking only of what corresponds to me, but rather because it arises from us to help, but to do so because it is our duty to leave a better world than it was when we were born.

 I am very clear that it is not the job of just one person to maintain a stable world, but if everyone does their own thing for sure that we will improve day by day.

For now I end this reflection, it is something personal that I wanted to share.
