It is true that technology has increased and advanced very rapidly in recent years, has allowed us to communicate from different continents in a matter of milliseconds, which is something to be thankful for.

Advances in the medical-scientific field have not been long overdue either, just as one can communicate in an intercontinental way, through the use of artificial intelligence a surgery can be performed with the surgeon thousands of kilometers away.

This has allowed diseases such as obesity and diabetes to become more and more frequent.

Many people usually spend many hours in front of a computer, television, telephone, diminishing most of the times that capacity to relate as humans **front to front**, producing isolation in repeated opportunities, and even reaching different degrees of depression by the **solitude** that produces that isolation.

That simple image with which I began this publication made me think and reflect on this subject that I bring to you.

I have no doubt that technology today is very necessary, we have become dependent on it, it has made many aspects of life easier for us. I am NOT against it at all, but if it were not for its existence at this time I could not share this thought in this way with those who like to read me.
    
   

    
   It is uncomfortable that trying to start a conversation with someone, is more focused on your phone, or miss important moments by trying to record or photograph them.

##### There are many things to say for and against technology, although I personally think it has more to do with the use of technology. 
    
But a balance must be reached in which the beneficial is always above the possible damages.
