My Future on Steemit

<center>**Planning a future on Steemit, at this very difficult time I spend here on the platform is very complicated. It's been 2 years and 4 months since I'm at Steemit. I've been, seen, lived several things on this platform. I went from a certain "peak" to the decline. I have won many important things here and am grateful for everything. I am not only talking about money, but the experience of being able to create original and quality content every day and the ability to always exercise creativity.**</center>


<center>But today I am in a moment of complete fall. I do not have the Steem Power that I had 1, 2 years ago (I had to give power down to pay my bills due to a financial difficulty that I passed) and today I see myself as a forgotten user on the platform. I practically do not exist anymore.</center>

<center>It was not often that I thought about giving up Steemit. The motivation, that "fire" and enthusiasm no longer exist and I really lost hope of being able again, and as I have always done in those more than 2 years, "living blogging in Steemit." Today it is practically impossible to "live from Steemit". There are no more organic votes, whales do not vote, there is no mutual cooperation between users and the sense of "community" only exists in the speeches.</center>  

<center>In the next year, I will probably have to set other goals, find other ways to live. My future at Steemit is uncertain and I pray that I can find a "north" that will allow me to carry on my work that has lasted here for several years.</center>

<center>**I love this virtual space and does not pass through my mind (still) abandon it**.</center>

This is sad,  but very true.  More sad for a Person who has been here that long.  Where as for red fishes like me,  its sad because its our everyday reality.  We have to really really push and most times nothing to show for effort.  
I have been where u are more times than not,  but there's something  about steeemit that keeps bringing  me back.  
I think it will be good to have other financial alternatives for next year,  but seem  to stay as a back up and future savings.

Thank you for the words. Yes, what I learned here and in the crypto market as a whole is that you should have other alternatives. Everything is volatile. Here at Steemit it takes a lot of patience and persistence to resist everything and so much time. It is not easy, but we succeed :)

Seriously, stop whinging. You were here at a time when it was much easier to make money. You were lucky to be able to do what you wanted and earn money. Its no ones fault but your own if you put all your eggs in one basket.
The circle jerking you seemed to enjoy so much between mates still goes on but not so much thankfully but there is still lots of community here.
Imagine what its like for everyone else right now, its so so difficult for us redfish to get anywhere.
You should be grateful for your opportunities and put in some hard work to build up again instead posting pathetic whinging crap like this.
Get to work and lets see what you can do.....or quit. No great loss ito the community if you do so your choice.

Redfish, though has 60 points mate .... furthermore, i think you are right whit what you say. Almost three years ago, it probably was a lot easyer for people to grow an audience here then nowadays.

I have 60 point rep because I bought upvotes. Not because people voted me.No one reads what us little fish write these days so I just play the game and its slow but you keep going, one foot in front of the other, and we here we have this guy whinging because he can no longer make a living on Steem, its pathetic. Of course it was a lot easier to grow an audience when there were so few members who just voted each other's posts regardless of their quality. These days there are huge numbers of members and posts so its infinitely harder.

I've been here just a bit longer than you (May 2016) and it was definitely easier to be seen/heard and everyone was able to read everything.  At least you got to pay some bills with your steem.  I'm not sure how to advise breaking through again because it is awfully time-consuming.  So you'll do what y ou do, but my feeling is, if you are going to be online in a public way at all, might as well do it here on steemit (or elsewhere with a link directing to the steemit blog) to get something out of it.  GOod luck.
