미니 고추장 만들기

고추장 만들기

미니 고추장 세트를 구입해 만들어 봤습니다. 

늘 사먹거나 어려서는 어머니가 만드신 고추장만 먹었네요.

재료는 고추가루, 메주가루, 물엿, 소금 이렇게 넣는걸로 알고 있는데, 준비된 재료로 간단하게 체험할 수 있어요.

정말 아주 간단하네요^^

준비된 재료를 넣고 섞어주기만 하면됩니다.

제 입맛에 맟추어 설탕을 조금더 추가해 보았습니다.

냉장고에 넣어 발효과정을 거치면 되겠죠?
