โพสต์เอาร้านอาหารบาบีคิว เป็นร้านที่ขึ้นชื่อในเมืองเล็กๆ ที่แบร์คเมาแทน นอร์ทแคโรไลน่า เมื่อไปทริปสองเดือนที่แล้ว สองคนเราได้ท่องเที่ยวก็อยากจะทานอาหารทุกอย่าง ของเมืองที่เราไปกัน เป็นร้านพื้นบ้าน ชาวบ้านๆ Local food  วันนี้แวะร้านนี้กัน เมนูจะเป็นพวก บาร์บีคิวซี่โครง น้องไก่ยาง ได้ใครได้มาที่เมืองนี้ อย่างลืมแวะมาที่ร้านนี้เลย สิ่งที่เป็นที่น่าสนใจและนักท่องเที่ยวต้องแวะที่ร้านอาหารนี้คือ ภายในร้านตกแต่งด้วย หมวก หมวกเยอะแยะไปหมด มุมใหน ก็หมวก  
On our trip to North Carolina, one of the best parts was eating at many "non franchise or local eatery's". This means a restauraunt owned by local people and not a corporate store like a McDoanalds or upper end chains.

Our first dinner, we even had not been to our cabin yet, was at this local barbeque place called Phils. The outside looked like a big barn and we decided to check it out. We walked inside at it was a combination of sports bar and barbeque heaven. The walls were covered in hats and the tv'shad on various football games. The menu was a combination of barbeque, chicken, pulled pork and other dishes in the south you barely see on a menu.
We ordered and we sat and took in the various hats all over and it had to be a thing where people donated their hats because they wanted to be "part of something"...and now they are. The food was great and there were other joints like this as well where you just loved the environment and the food.

เมื่อเราไปถึง ก็เป็นอาหารค่ำมื้อแรกของเรา ก่อนที่เราจะเช็คอินที่พักของเรา ร้านบาร์บีคิวร้านนี้อยู่ในบริเวณใกล้ๆที่พักของเรา เป็นร้านท้องถิ่น ที่ชื่อว่า Phils ด้านนอกดูเหมือนโรงเลี้ยงขนาดใหญ่ และเราตัดสินใจเข้าไปตรวจสอบดูภายใน เพื่อดูเมนู พอเดินเข้าไปภายในจะเป็นสปอร์ตบาร์ และบาร์บีคิว และผนังและเพดารปกคลุมด้วยหมวกและ ทีวี โชว์เกมอเมริกันฟุตบอลต่างๆ

เมนูคือการรวมกันของบาร์บีคิว, ไก่, หมูอบและอาหารอื่น ๆ ในภาคใต้ของฟลอริดาที่เราอยุ่ไม่ค่อยได้เจอเห็นเมนูพวกนี้เลยจะน้อยมากๆ
ช่วงที่เราสั่งอาหารอยู่ และเรานั่งรออาหาร ก็นั่งมองรอบในร้านอาหาร หมวกนี่แขวนเต็มไปหมด ก็นั่งสงสัยนะว่า
 หมวกพวกนี้มาจากไหน หมวกพวกนี้มาจากลูกค้าคนที่รักหมวก เขาบริจาค เวลาพวกเขาไปดูอเมริกันฟุตบอลเกม จะซื้อหมวกเป็นที่ระลึกกัน ทุกคนเวลามาท่องเที่ยวแหล่งนี้ เขาจะทิ้งหมวกไว้ให้ร้านนี้เพราะพวกเขาต้องการเป็นส่วนหนึ่งสิ่งที่พวกเขาทำและเป็น
