Boh Mancang

<p><strong>Climate change makes the weather unpredictable. Rain and sunny can happen in the same day even at same time.&nbsp;That can make us easily caught by cold, but hey! Don't lose your body protection. What about having some&nbsp;local fruit, </strong><em><strong>Mancang</strong></em><strong> for your snacking time? </strong><em><strong>Mancang</strong></em><strong> or you know it as horse mango, it is rich of vitamin C.&nbsp;It's a tropical fruit which easily found in my place, Aceh. What makes it different from common mango is the&nbsp;horse mango has sort of soda taste and has strong smell. It's its season so it's quite cheap. Let's see what&nbsp;I can do with them. Find some tips.</strong></p>

  <li>To eat this fruit you have to peel it first, <em>Mancang</em> has thick skin so you have to peel it thicker than common mango. After peeling then slice and place into a box.</li>

  <li>Add in pinch of salt, sugar and chilli.&nbsp;</li>
