WAKE UP EARLY.  Let's face it: Getting up early can be a pain in the ass. It's cold out, you scrolled through Instagram or watched Netflix til past midnight, don't want to work and so on. EXCUSES everywhere. But actually we should handle this situation "like a boss". What about your good intensionsm you were thinking about last night? How about all the tasks, you'll have to finish during the day? Why didn't you take all the advise from countless podcasts and self-improvement books seriously? [Casey Neistat](https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCtinbF-Q-fVthA0qrFQTgXQ) is a popular Youtuber with over 10 million subscribers. I saw his first videos when he was still a little fish in the ocean with less the 200k subscribers. I admire his passion, never ending energy, his attitude towards family, life and work and his ability to motivate people with his art/videos. In his latest video he talks with a former Navy Seal Commander about discipline and daily routines. One part is getting up early and getting work done. Stick to your discipline over the day and be happier! Nothing new but sometimes it helps a lot to get reminded from time to time how easily we get distracted, pushed off our track and loose site of your long term goals. I would highly recommend you watch the video. I set my alarm for 5.30 am tomorrow morning.
