You need to put the last day of working, and briefly thank your manager. Below is a formal job resignation letter that I used twice. Feel free to adapt to your needs.

Please accept this letter as my formal notification of resignation from my position as [Your Current Job Title], As per my employment contract, I will be giving [X] months' notice, which means my last day of work will be [Be specific].
 
I am thankful for the opportunities and support I have been given during my employment with [Company Nanme], and I wish you and the company success in the future. 

Please do not hesitate to contact me with any queries after I leave. It would be a pleasure to keep in touch (CC-ed my personal email address).

A job resignation letter should be formal, specific, and concise - don't put too much information that is unnecessary - for example, you don't have to say why you are leaving and not to mention that you have a better/another <a href="https://helloacm.com/facebook-interview-tips-and-guidance/" title="Facebook Interview Tips and Guidance">job offer</a>.
