중국 "삼성전자, SK하이닉스에 수조원 과징금 부과할수도"

중국정부가 SK하이닉스와 삼성전자에 수조원대 과징금을 부과할수도 있을것이라는 관측이 나오고 있습니다.

한국경제의 보도에 따르면 반도체 부문에 대한 반독점 조사결과 삼성전자, SK하이닉스 그리고 마이크론의 담합으로 판결지을 가능성이 있는것으로 전해졌습니다.

반도체시장의 핵심은 메모리반도체인데요, 디램과 낸드플래시가 있습니다. 삼성전자가 두 시장 모두에서 압도적인 점유율 1위를 기록하고 있는가운데 SK하이닉스, 마이크론이 상위권 점유율을 기록중입니다.

위 세기업들의 연간 반도체 매출액을 합산하면 최소 200조원이상임을 고려한다면, 담합으로 최종결론지을시 수조원대의 과징금이 나올수 있다는 예상입니다.

중국이 미국기업인 마이크론을 겨냥한것이라면 삼성전자와 SK하이닉스는 제대로 새우등 터지는 겪이고 중국입장에서는 자국 스마트폰 제조업체들이 향후 더 저렴한가격에 반도체를 구입할수 있게되어 1석2조의 효과를 누리게 될것입니다.
