Actifit Ulog 22May19 || A Potluck 
Heya SteemVerse 

Today after the usual running around, made a quick stop at the hypermarket to buy me some apples for a potluck. It was a potluck for break fast by some of my ol radio mates. As I am not the greatest cook, I thought I would play it safe and stick to a non-cooked item.

To add some magic to the apples, I recreated something I had once tasted at another potluck. Apples soaked in lemon and preserved sour plum. It was a hit... phew. I confess, this is the first time I did not buy something for a potluck ... hahaha. I think I am going to be more adventurous next time and actually cook something. 

I peeled the apples and quartered them. Then I squeezed two lemons, added some brown sugar, ground the sour plum and mixed it into the juice. After giving the mix a good shake, I poured it over the cut apples and left it in the fridge until I was ready to go. It turned out almost the same as the one I had tasted. 

And when I got home, I had to get on my ball and bounce off all the food I ate. How was your day?
