Ingredients:

● Buckwheat - 150 gr .
● Minced meat 250-300 g .
● Onion - 1 PC.
● Tomato paste - 2 tbsp
● Garlic - 2 cloves .
● Carrots - 1 PC ( small ) .
● Vegetable oil - 2-3 tbsp

Preparation:

1. Buckwheat wash, dry the pan, greased.
