Jim Beam is the man for me, he helps me sleep.

I hare difficulty  falling asleep and staying asleep,  I have tried everything to relax me ready for bed,  a warm shower helps relax my body but my brain won't shut up so I decided I was going to try a tipple of something nice to see if it would help.

I don't drink much I hate that hangover feeling so don't want to get drunk just relax.

I decided on a Bottle of Jim Beam with Black Cherry.  I have one with lemonade and ice then one neat with ice. I have found having this and a warm shower I am sleeping better plus not feeling Ill the next day. Its a strong drink so won't be having more as I think it could get very messy.
