Using Mindfulness Meditation to de-stress and focus on the moment.
My meditation has come in handy this last few weeks, I Have used it a lot with hubby being on the sick and with my pain, I'm still having trouble with it helping my pain but its definitely helping me feel more relaxed.

I was advised to use Mindfulness Meditation  by my Rheumatologist to help with my chronic pain. I have been  practising it now for a few months, I do find it helps with stress and helping me relax, I have also started doing it through the day when I am busy, it has helped me focus on what I am doing without having my head full of other things that need doing. 

I use this for my mad moments, when my head is buzzing with everything, when Hubby was suffering, when things were getting on top of us. I found just sitting down closing my eyes and concentrating on my breathing, counting each inhale and exhale. Letting my mind relax and let everything going on just float around whilst I focus on my breathing  letting myself relax into the moment. Once Its over my head is clearer and my thoughts are more sorted like putting all your thoughts into a filing cabinet. the stress flows away and I am not so uptight and worried.
