šŸŒ„ First time bouldering in Bishop šŸŒ„
<center>One of the first times I ever had the opportunity to boulder outside was in Bishop California. In fact, this was the first time I had ever visited Bishop! Bishop is filled with so many awesome bouldering problems. We ended up hiking through happy boulders to climb.

I learned that climbing outside is a lot more intense because there is only a small little crash pad you can fall on, so the risks are a lot higher. The rocks are much sharper than the plastic rocks Iā€™m use to climb indoors, so your hands do get scratched up. While the risks are much higher, the beauty that surrounds you and the adrenaline rush you get from climbing is worth it! Plus, we had good spotters, so that always helps.

*we also had so interesting rock formations to climb. This rock had a lot of pockets for holds, but the texture of the rock was extremely hard on the hands.

awww that's awesome! Bouldering outside is so intense, but so fun! aww well if you and your husband end up visiting Sacramento again, there is an awesome climbing gym called Pipeworks, I could take ya'll there! So much stuff to climb there! :)
