Hi, Happy Sunday!

This post will be serving as a personal diary, where I gathered some of my favorite videos themed "60 seconds of steem"

Thanks to an initiative by @surfermarly, this contest has been very successful and has motivated many content - video creators to create their own, unique "60 secods" of what they consider of steem and guess what; most of them will become viral, the productions are really nice!

#### So, what is steem? 

Steem is a blockchain used for the creation of the first decentralized social media platform.

But steem can be different things to different people, it can serve different needs and offer different accommplishments to different users. 

We have witnessed so many diverse t interpretations of what steem is and in what ways this can be shared with the world. All these, in 60 seconds!

*I tried to watch all videos yesterday and I have to admit that everyone of them had their own, personal perspective. All of the creations were beautiful, unique and it is evident that they were made with **love** for this platform.*

*However, there were a few that could be used for promotional purposes and I will be posting them here along with some notes about why I find them so unique* 

*The videos are not presented in a specific order, I am just taking my saved tabs one by one!*

I liked the fancy, clean graphic elements.
The gentle movement and clear messages .
Words used like Global Community, the appearance of steem powered apps available and the 'free to join' messsage that is brought at the end of the video (with the links presented on screen pointing at steemit, utopian, oracle-d etc).

What I would love? A short description, the script and the links at the video description. 

Why? If I point the video to my social media, I would like the audience to be able to **click** somewhere to learn more, to sign up, to contact. 

This is a basic rule of marketing. If you create interest, you must help with a link for further info and support!

One of my favorites! Smiling faces, nice effects, easy words used, motivating and easy to connect! Everybody wants to follow their dreams. 
Seeing someone who has accomplished to do so, it is extra motivating! 

I wish I had a youtube video to embed! I also wished there were captions (remember that many people watch videos with sound off) and I would also love to see sign up links at the post!

I loved the music, I loved all the scenes (the editing was awesome by the way), I loved the blue lipgloss :) 

This video has energy, shows the face of a real person who is on steem, invites everyone who is anything to join steemit and I find it really motivating! 

p.s. I liked the fact that in the post it is explained how the creator thought of and was inspired for the video!

(Again, It would be nice it it could be uploaded to youtube and if some information + sign up links could be added)

I loved the sound, I loved the effects, the perception and direction of this video are amazing!

I loved this quote and I am sure that many of the viewers can relate to it. 

I liked the fact that the youtube video includes sign up links. I would love to see captions (again)

I liked the closing phrase

Nice music selected, nice effects and simply made in the way every viewer will understand. 

People are all over social media, liking, commenting .. but earning 0. So why not join us here, on steem?

And the second entry does hit a weak spot. The moment the curtain opens, music is overwhelming and creates an amazing feeling. 

I enjoyed the initial message

Descriptive, i liked the colors and graphics very much. Also the subtle underlying music. 
I enjoyed the fact that steem interface was presented. This creates familiarity to the end user (and potential future steemian)

This was another one from my favorites. True, Authentic, Sweet, Flowing and nicely edited. Lea is asking many commonly asked questions that will 'talk' to the viewers and surely create interest.

*I admit, this was one of my most difficult posts ever. I am sure I left out some wonderful videos, but I have been working more than 4 hours - under difficult circumstances, trust me*

### Some of my thoughts for video creators : ) 


It would be amazing if you could add .. 

1. More descriptive Video Titles
2. Captions
3. Script and/or description at the youtube video postings
4. Sign Up Links
5. Creators Steem Profile links
6. Insertion of a watermark of the creators profile / logo.



### What else I would like to see?

There are many active communities in specific niches! Science Lovers meet at steemstem.io .. fitness lovers meet at actifit.io .. opensource affectionados meet at utopian.io ... music lovers meet at dsound etc etc etc .. I would love to see videos created for specific users (but let us think about it for the future)
