TOUR OF LAGOS: VISIT TO UNILAG.

Mysteries can only be unravelled when the body, not just the mind, travels.

It was Thursday 17th of August, 2017. Just about midday, I set out with the SCM UNEC delegates to grace the ALL TERTIARY INSTITUTIONS CONFERENCE (ATIC 2017) hosted by the LAGOS branch. It was a sojourn I will forever reminisce, as I returned home with a re-inspired mind, new anointing for the spirit and another star ★ to my driving skills, because that was the first time I drove as far as from the East (Enugu) to the West (Lagos)

We were camped at the famous IGBOBI COLLEGE, YABA and exposed to seminars, workshops, trainings and teachings of the words of God as well as ICT, career and academics. I also made tonnes of friends, and got to know old friends a little more than I did before, with the knowledge garnered during communications class. 

However, as an expert in adventure matters, I pulled the bull by its horn and set out to see new places, breathe new air and taste new delicacies. I visited the giant UNIVERSITY OF LAGOS(trekking all the way from YABA) 

On getting to Uni Lag, I took time to visit almost all the different faculties and some other notable places like the Library, love garden/sea shore and the famous J.F Ade Ajayi Auditorium   and it was a wonderful experience.

_This was the most breathe taking moment, when I saw two boys in a canoe fishing inside the ocean without any sign of fear! I had to capture it to reflect on how much we can do once we overcome fear._

I can't count the number of times I missed my way, but that won't stop me, that won't hold me back; I refuse to lose track. And I'm confident that one day, the world will hear about one very great traveller who brought nature to people. 

So, take some time out of your busy schedule to see new cities, meet old buddies and learn something entirely new. Our time on earth is limited, let's make it worth the while before it gets depleted.
