關於咖啡的小事情

大概小學高年級就開始每天至少一杯咖啡，喝習慣了，只要沒喝咖啡那天就沒醒全。

通常都在家裡現磨咖啡豆，小時候喝drip coffee，後來有一段時間用摩卡壺，之後家裡添了部意式濃縮咖啡機，一直用到現在。

我是完全不抗拒黑咖啡的人，還挺喜歡的，更能嚐出咖啡原味，順便消水腫。只是有時候早上出門趕時間，剛沖出來（嚴格來說是壓出來）的咖啡熱燙燙的，我又貓舌，必須要加牛奶立刻降溫，才好咕嚕咕嚕的盡快喝進去。儘管明知道冷牛奶加進熱咖啡最是破壞咖啡風味，然而早上時間緊絀，只求灌進咖啡因，也只能將就了。

不把單品咖啡算進來的話，其實我蠻喜歡摩卡壺煮的咖啡的，夠濃帶勁，雖然或許有人嫌它明火煮的方式對咖啡豆有點粗暴。

有些咖啡豆煮出來是會帶酸的，是正常的味道，我自己也喜歡微酸的。單一精品咖啡的話，酸度有時會更明顯喔。
