i do like the message you are trying to pass and it is true we are all victims of circumstances we cant control everything and the only way of facing some problems is finding way of tackling our issues

I started being mentally strong early in my 30s. I took what people would say as constructive feedback. That really helped. Everyone has an opinion. I can really relate to your **Don't Let People Make You Feel Bad** section.  Very good advice!

At the same time performing tough may just meet your wishes within the quick time period by way of artificially boosting your ego or getting other individuals to back off, it can be now not a good lengthy-time period procedure. I completely support your message. Couple of things I want to add although I try not to care what other people think about me, sometimes constructive criticism is good, but it shouldn't be about insults. It's still difficult for me to have any business in life with people who don't really like me, I will go away like you said, but I think sometimes you have to ignore discomfort and do what you have to do.

Be a control freak. Control your emotions and who you connect with! :D

I think that depends on the situations you live on a daily basis or what you face in your environment, because sometimes we can be influenced in good or bad way by third parties and there is the problem

Yep, you are totally right. I learned a long time ago do NOT let others affect you in a way that starts to change the true person that you are.

It's a sign that you need to change yourself ( as far as releasing that control this person is emotionally having over you) or maybe change the person from being around you too much :)

It's in our blood, we are violent by nature and we're probably the beings with the biggest conscience on earth and survival of the fittest applies to us too so, being mentally strong is quite important all the time.

This is a thing im trying to work on.

Bringing my locus of validation closer towards me instead of always having it in other people!
