Cream is a dog that we have been keeping and eye on for many years.  In that time he has established himself as one of the friendliest dogs of all the temple dogs around.  As soon as he sees us or just about anyone else his tail starts wagging and he comes up to say hello.

Like other dogs that I have been describing recently, Cream was struck by a car and left for dead and magically recovered and kept on with his happy ways.  Unfortunately for him, his health struggles only began with the car accident.  

Many people in the west don't really think about doggy cancer but it is pretty common among dogs that are not cared for inside a home and taken to the vet regularly.  If you take your dog to the vet for regular check ups, problems like this would never have an opportunity to take hold but in the case of Cream, we were not made aware of the severity of the problem until it was already very advanced.

Cream has one rather large cancerous growth and two smaller ones that are extending from his belly and as of now, we don't even know what kind of cancer it is, or if it is even something he can be saved from.  We intend to do a fundraiser for surgery and also chemo, if the veterinarian believes there is a chance that this could be successful.   

The thing that continues to amaze me about dogs is that despite all this, and the pain that this affliction is undoubtedly causing him, he remains very kind and approachable, not just by humans but by other dogs as well.

We hope to be able to raise enough money to look after him and to have him stay with the vet for up to a month while he recovers.  We don't know enough information as of yet, but will soon.  We have earmarked 15,000 Baht for this (around $450) and this is with extreme discounts from all people involved.

Hopefully, this tragic story will end up having a happy ending because Cream is truly a unique doggo and based on his demeanor it is just unbelievable to me that this friendly fella was never adopted by anyone.

น้องต้องได้รับการผ่าตัดและเคมีบำบัดเพื่อความอยู่รอด เราหวังว่าจะหาเงินได้เพียงพอเพื่อให้น้องอยู่รักษาที่คลินิกสัตวแพทย์เป็นเวลาหนึ่งเดือน เพื่อที่จะได้รับการผ่าตัดแล้วรับคีโม หลังจากนั้นก็กลับบ้านได้หากเขาหายดี
เราต้องระดมเงินเพิ่มอีก 15,000 บาท สำหรับแผนการรักษาของครีม  ชีวิตของสัตว์มีราคาเท่าไหร่กัน
