# INGREDIENTS

1 KILO OF LEUDING FLOUR
1 KILO OF SUGAR
500 GRAMS OF BUTTER
8 EGGS
1 LITER OF MILK OR JUICE OF YOUR PREFERENCE
VANILLA ESSENCE TO TASTE
1 TEASPOON OF BICARBONATE
1 TEASPOON BAKING POWDER

In a bold, beat the butter until creamy, so that it is whitish in color and you gradually incorporate the sugar into the butter, stirring constantly with the whisk, the better and more you move it, the softer and more fluffy you give to the cake.

Add the eggs one by one, gradually incorporating them into the constantly moving mixture, if you have a mixer it is easier in my case it was by hand.

Then add the flour, with the bicarbonate and baking powder little by little, while beating and incorporating the milk little by little, until leaving only a little flour with which the torte pan is going to flour, beat as much as it is possible, until all the ingredients are well mixed

Pour the mixture into a greased and floured mold, trying to make it uniform

In the pre-heated oven, take the mixture for approximately 45 minutes depending on your oven, to know if this list you introduce a tall stick or failing that the tip of a knife they should come out clean, that is the point this list.
