Oriental pied hornbill (Aceh: Ticem Kuangkhang)

The existence of this [bird](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oriental_pied_hornbill) in a forest signifies a healthy forest because this bird needs a strong and sturdy tree for its nest. Some experts call these birds "farmers" because they are important large seed dispersers, promoting seedling recruitment by translocating the seeds of the fruits they feed on ([source](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oriental_pied_hornbill)).

This is one of these birds. At the moment that took the photo, it looked very brave to get closer, and allow itself to be photographed.
