Angry identical with emotion.
 Anger is a natural emotion that will arise when satisfying one of the basic motives experiences obstacles.  If there are obstacles that prevent humans or animals from achieving certain goals in an effort to satisfy one of their basic motives, then they will be angry, rebellious, and fight these obstacles.  He will also struggle to overcome and get rid of these obstacles so he can achieve his goals and satisfaction of his motives.

Anger or emotion is an intense feeling directed at someone or something, as a reaction that arises due to someone's actions or certain events.

For people who have temperament or irritability, there is one thing we need to know to soften their emotions.

 The purpose of this proverb is;  "soft words that can soothe an angry person".
