Echinacea is definitely been in my wheel house for several decades, a beautiful garden addition, bee and butterfly pollinator, it aids as a tonic herb in inflammatory processes in the body. Used as an immune booster of sorts, you can find tincture or teas of Echinacea usually at any health food store. When one is in high fever, you can take to calm inflammation in body in higher doses. This symbolizes the protection of now and the beauty of innocence such as protecting our biodiversity on the planet for the health of all and our survival. Reaching out to our communities within this platform to help keep people here and engaged. Temperance is a way we can keep at a goal or intention, If we set it from a pure place of beauty and innocence it will have a higher chance of success.
