じゃがりこシリーズ第46回は地域の味シリーズからじゃがりこ「北海道ザンギ味」です。
北海道のザンギは有名ですが、ザンギと唐揚げの違いって何ですかね？もし、知っている方がいらっしゃたらコメントいただけると嬉しいです。
私の知り合いが作るザンギが非常に美味しいんですが、唐揚げとの違いがいまいちわかりません笑

色は明るめのじゃがりこです。
味付けチキンそぼろが練り込まれています。
味は醤油味に味付けしたチキンにしょうがとにんにくが効いてる感じですね。
普通のじゃがりこよりは味が濃いので、普通にたべるよりもお酒のおつまみにするのが合いますね。
味の濃さは下味のしっかりついているザンギの味を表現したのかもしれませんね。
単体に食べるにはしょっぱいですが、ビールと食べるとビールが進む一品です。
