元祖一条流がんこラーメン系のお店「きくちひろき」に行ってきました。

店頭に牛骨
がんこらーめん系の営業中の目印です。
暖簾はよく見たらTシャツでしたw

店内はカウンター席で10席程度です。

一番人気の中間醤油を頼みました。

中間醤油らーめん

澄んだ醤油に背脂が浮かんでいます。

具はチャーシュー、きざみねぎ、メンマ、海苔

チャーシュー大きく厚みもあります。とても柔らかいうえに旨味が強くハイレベルなチャーシューです。

麺は少し細めの縮れ麺でスープとよく絡まります。

スープは牛骨ですがクセが無く深いコクと味わい。
そのうえ香味油で香ばしさが増しています。
スープの完成度は素晴らしいですね。
