Okay so if you have any of those on orders you wont be able to withdrawal since markets are freezed.
You have to go to and cancel them one by one https://idex.market/open and then send to ie [HitBTC](http://fuk.io/hitbtc) or [KuCoin](http://fuk.io/kucoin)

In my opinion in current Crypto Phase we can see that lot of freezing and restriction of depositing and withdrawal of Cryptos are going on and it's really reflecting and sounding negatively and can raise concerns towards future of Cryptos.
