Even I became concerned about **how big** ***my*** **slice of the steemit pie was** and dropped from posting 3 to 4 times per day to usually only once.

If course I'm no Dan, but if there isn't enough to go around, more users will get fed up and leave.

Thanks for having the courage to speak up, Klye! I'm new to Steem, so I have no opinion at the moment on the value of Dan's posts. However, if your representation is accurate then this is a well-needed request to Dan and the community to engage with these topics. 

I do know from personal experience that power and wealth can change one's moral compass - it has at times for me, and I've needed to be vigilant. And I've seen really good-hearted generous people compromise their morals as they step-by-step slip into the power/wealth sinkhole. I work with kids, and it's super important to me to role-model responsible empowerment with my staff, and encourage them to role-model that with the kids.  And, I'm only interested in being part of Steem if the leaders can calmly look at feedback and criticism and respond with humility, self-honesty, and integrity. So thank you for testing the waters of corruption and self-awareness.

I do, however, have feedback for you - I appreciate your passion, frustration, and anger. And this is a fine forum to express it. You know Dan better than I. Is there a chance that he'd respond less defensively and less reactively to your post if you edited it into a calmer piece? For the most part, you do a good job being respectful. But the edge is there ("...acting like a fat spoiled rich kid eating his cake and ice cream too" "set for the rest of this life, with all the lambos stuffed with hookers and blow you could imagine for his next 3 lives"). And judging by repetition and the few typos, it may have benefited from a read-through and editing anyway. Hey - your honest and fearless. Kudos to you! Steemit needs you! (I upvoted you as Witness). But I imagine that your passionate mission to align Steemit is more important than venting, right?

I would call this: transparency and right on opinion on the block chain. Bravo ! Brave man.
