I think it is smart way and simple to calculate the vote in SBD or in $. But what happen if many account we have to vote? *how to calculate this?*

Not sure if I understand your question correctly, but here are some numbers based on my understanding.

From your example. You will lose .14 after each 100% vote that you cast. So in total you will cast 136.5$ worth of votes to get from 100% to 50%. Calculation are not exact but pretty close I believe. Based on current steem and sbd price and considering 25% curation, you will make 51.1875 SBD and 61.67 STEEM (equivalent to 52.23 SBD ) . This means it should be equal to 103.149 SBD.

I don't know the elegant way to do it, but I looked up the vote value of an account with 100k SP and started with the vote value of $7.17. Here's what I got as a result.

More quick and user friendly solution would be to install @steem-plus extension in your browser, so before every time you upvote you can have an estimate worth of your vote

Not sure if I understood correctly, but you can use steemnow calc, it allows you to set voting power and voting weight and shows you vote value in $.

There is a nice mathematical formula to compute the total value in that case. Let b be the value of a vote at 100%, then when voting down from 100% to x% 
compute  (100 - x)/2 = n + r where n is a natural number and r is the residual

Example: x = 88.5% then (100 - 88.5)/2 = 11.5/2 = 5 + 0.75 so in this case n = 5 and r = 0.75.

Then the value from all votes is given by

n * b * (101  - n)/100  + r * b * (100 - 2 n)/100

Lets confirm it agrees with the above tabulated solutions:
@mightypanda used x = 50% so (100-50)/2 = 25 -> n =25 and r = 0. The base value b was assumed to be b=7
Our formula then provides:

25 * 7 * (101 - 25)/ 100 =  133 which does not agree! 

But a quick look reveals that @mightypanda does add an extra vote at the end when we are already at 50% so in that case the voter would have left 48% vp. That means for comparison we should use x= 48%!

In that case n = 26 and 
26 * 7 * (101 - 26)/ 100 =  136.5

giving exactly @mightypandas result

Now let me add a word on the base value b. What should be taken here depends on what you want to do. The vote value displayed on steemit in $ does include curation rewards and assumes that an SBD = 1$. The pure value of a full strength full mana vote in steem can be computed using

        reward_fund = s.get_reward_fund()
        fund_per_share = Amount(reward_fund["reward_balance"]).amount 
             /float(reward_fund["recent_claims"])
        
        sp_vests = Amount(acc['vesting_shares']).amount
        received_vests = Amount(acc['received_vesting_shares']).amount
        delegated_vests = Amount(acc['delegated_vesting_shares']).amount    
        total_vests = sp_vests + received_vests - delegated_vests

        rshares =  total_vests * 1e6 / 50  
        rshares -= 50000000.
        
        vote_val = 3./4. * rshares * fund_per_share

in steem_python. I add up the vests of the voting account and compute the resulting rshares according to HF20 rules.  Then using info from the reward fund I get the vote value in STEEM. Now this can be converted into SBD or any other unit of account using conversion rates. Note that I included a factor 3/4 to remove curation rewards.

Although I love maths, I´m not sure that those values that you are trying to calculate are consistent. And to be real I'm pretty lazy right now, I´m on vacations!

Well, others listed some answers, but I believe this to be by far the easiest method:

Consider 100% votes only (Lower voteweight gives the same result, but 100% votes make calculations easier)
SP: 100k
100% voting weight at 100% voting power gives $7, VP substraction = 2%
Once you reach a lower amount of voting power, you can calculate the new reward per vote by: 
[Reward] = [Vote Power] x $7
Now there isn't 2% substracted everytime you vote. When you get to lower votepowers, this works:
[New Vote Power] = [Old Vote Power] - ([Old Vote Power]/50) 
Easier Notation:
[New Vote Power] = (49/50) x [Old Vote Power]
[Vote Power Substraction] = (1/50) x [Old Vote Power]

Now note this interesting fact: At lower vote powers you get less rewards, but also less votepowers, which always equals 2% for $7.

See this example: You're at 75%. 
A vote would give 0.75 x $7 = $5.25.
A vote would substract 1/50 x 75% = 1.5% Vote Power
So you get $5.25/1.5 = $3.5 per %, so $7 per 2%!

Now that makes calculations very easy... This is all you need to calculate it:

Vote Power = 100%, gives $7.
Vote till 50% gives 50/2 = 25 votes at $7. 
25 x 7 = $175.
So you would get $175 worth of rewards till you're at 50%. 

In one formula: [Total Rewards] = 50 x [Vote Value] x ([Old Vote Power] - [New Vote Power])
So [Total Rewards] = 50 x 7 x (1-0.5) = 350 x 0.5 = $175
