Hi Steemit!  One chain of grocery stores suddenly started bringing succulents in themed pots.  It all started last year, when succulents appeared in the store near my house by September 1. :) Many succulent lovers began to buy these plants, and although I stayed until the last, I still went hunting for the lilacina echeveria.
The problem with buying succulents in a store is that they are doing the wrong care.  Sellers water the plants with special care, so not all succulents survive until the purchase.
I managed to find the externally attractive echeveria lilacina for me and I was pleased to take it home.
Why is it recommended to transplant the plant after purchase?  In my case, an apparently perfectly healthy echeveria turned out to be rotten from the trunk.  Trimming the trunk saved the situation, but the roots did not appear for a very long time.
I completely support the transplant immediately after the store, so you can better see the plant and timely detect the problem.  I also recommend carrying out preventive treatments against pests and diseases!;)
