<h1>Kuchi Mitte (Berlin)</h1>
<p>My friend Chef Duc runs Kuchi and several Restaurants in Berlin. Kuchi was the flagship Sushi place before the even greater 893 opened. 893 was closed so I met some friends at Kuchi in Mitte. OK, we wanted to go for Ramen at Cocoro to be honest, but there was a very long line so we went over to Kuchi (which is next door)</p>

<h1>The Sushi was great</h1>
<p>Of course compared to the Sushi in Japan Kuchi is just Circle Sushi Level, but for Germany it is a great place to go. You can't blame the Restaurants, you just won't get the fish in Europe you will get in Japan. In Japan you won't get these Inside Out Rolls. They are considered Jya-do (Dark Path) for real Sushi chefs, but I really enjoy them in Europe and the US.&nbsp;</p>
