# Manuka Honey<h1>
I get frequently asked how I am traveling so much without getting sick or catching the Flu. In the past I had problems when traveling but since I found Manuka Honey a while ago, I am almost always healthy

Manuka Trees only grow in Newzealand and South Australia and it is a very expensive honey. I bought the best Manuka Honey you can get at Amazon in Germany (around 50-70Euro per Glass) and eat one Spoon every day. It is said that Manuka Honey has antibacterial properties and so far I did not get seriously sick since I am eating Manuka Honey

As you really have never heard of a honey that you were healthy, I think it would be interesting to try this to see how it goes, although the price is very high here in my country 50 euros is a lot of money but if it keeps you healthy and healthy is worth it, although I've never seen it here

I think the best possibilitie to try it out would be amazon, i think they ship it worldwide!! Health is the most important things, without being healthy you can't do anything else!

Manuka honey indeed has medicinal benefits! And it's a great treat too if you're looking for something sweet but healthy. 😋 But it can come expensive as well. During my travel to NZ, we visited a small town called Frasertown where a company named Te Kapu makes honey from Manuka and other flowers like Rewarewa. And so far, they offer the cheapest price for Manuka honey, maybe because it's not as commercialized as other brands.

Manuka honey has quite a different taste, texture and viscosity compared to typical raw honey you see in the supermarket. And it tastes great especially when you put a little bit of it in your tea. Yes I bought two jars of it - one empty, one almost gone! 😄
