Let the Joy Flow
It's always best to let the happiness on the inside reflect on the outside.

I woke up excited this morning despite going to bed stressed out with a burden I was carrying. There is no rational explanation as to why I was joyous despite the happenings around me. 

What amazed me about my mood was that after a couple of minutes, everybody around me seemed to have moved from carrying a frowning face to smiling and expressing their happiness. 

Wow,  joy is contagious. It felt nice to know that I could bring smile to the faces of those I loved just by expressing myself.  

I know it's just the beginning of happiness for me.
