# HARDWORKING IS ENCOURAGED, YET COVETOUSNESS IS FROWNED AT.

Again, I considered all travail, and every right work, that for this a man is envied of his neighbour. This is also vanity and vexation of spirit. The fool foldeth his hands together, and eateth his own flesh. Better is an handful with quietness, than both the hands full with travail and vexation of spirit.  Ecclesiastes 4:4-6

The above scripture throws more light to my understanding of life, looking at the above scriptural passage, it looks like a complicated passage in the sense that it frowned at laziness yet advised on contentment, when you look at a man that is contented with the little he has which he also enjoys in quietness, it may look like such person is a lazy type. 


It takes maturity and mastering of life to blend what the scriptures is saying here, even nature also made it clear that it’s a little that everyone needs to get going.


Even in food that we take, our body is structured to manage little intake on food more better than when we pump our system with a lot of food in the name of enjoyment or maybe because we could afford them.

In as much it looks foolish in the eyes of many, that’s the main key point in Christ’s teachings. Contentment is needed in our lives.

# Prayers 

Oh God of providence, fill us with your joy unspeakable that we may find satisfaction even in the little things that your grace has enabled in our lives. Amen.
