Can you give some advices on how to do it?

It's not easy whatsoever, @xplosive. I have a lot of minnow tips posts at the bottom of all of my posts (except the share2steem posts) if you want to take a look. I have some many strategies and ideas, so I started posting about them when I got here. 

The general ideas that work for me are:
- posting frequently
- commenting frequently
- entering challenges and contests
- leasing delegated sp
- voting strategically
- joining programs that give upvotes
- using dapps that give upvotes
- working more than one blog
- being flexible when aspects of steem change

And many more. Some might not work for everyone. 

If you look at my minnow tips, just start anywhere, work through one thing at a time, and when that is working or (not go) on to the next. I will be glad to help you if you comment anywhere.

I withdrew both Steem and Steem Dollars (SBD) in 2018.
268.592 Steem and $88.055 SBD.
First, I sold them to Bitcoin (BTC), then I sold the BTC to Euro, and the bank exchanged the Euro to Hungarian Forint (HUF).
The amount I withdrew to my bank account on 2018.04.27 was €928.03 EUR.
I bought food and paid expensive bills with most of that money, so I can say that the Steem blockchain is changed my life in some way.
