My heart is open to you, whatever you do

If you find it difficult to tell another person, "My heart is open to you, whatever you do," it is nothing compared to the difficulty you will face when you have to say, "I am the one who, with whom I have been living since I remember myself I am the door of my heart open to myself For all that I am, whatever I have done.

To love ourselves - it is called forgiveness. To cross the door of guilt prison and to be free; to be at peace with ourselves.

And if we really find the courage to say these words sincerely, in our inmost inner world, we will head up, not down, touching pure love.

One day each of us will have to say these words honestly and without pretense. Then we will feel as if some of us who have been rejected and left to live in the cold for a long time have come home. We will feel whole and free to be happy.
