# This ain't no time to give in!

We have been trained from our parents to keep our heads up high, shoulders back and to face life head on.

_**But this is only the half of it.**_

You are true human spirit when you keep your head up and back straight.  This scares the powers that be and as such they work diligently to stomp that spirit right they hell out of you!

They have planned fro centuries, they have enslaved us in such a way we desire it... but how?

They have worked to brainwash us all and more evilly to make us exist with bowed heads and weak bodies.  Everything from school on is meant to curve your spine like a beggar and strip the essence of life right from you so that your intuition, your sense of purpose and desire of freedom is a dying candle with burnt wick... just a mere dripping of the real you.

# Well fuck them!

Let's break this programming and leap forward to regain our lives back, but more importantly give our children a chance of life, freedom and joy.

Read this carefully, do not pass it off as crap or conjecture, you know deep inside this is true.  There is a simple first step to take and once taken and executed with spirit, you will become its advocate.

# The Break

As they bowed your head with books in school, shouting to keep your head down, eyes fixed on their written word in book written to memorize and program, not to learn... don't look up that means you are cheating.

Religions were infiltrated and changed to make you lower your head in prayer, even covering your heads.  They want you to bow for religions, nobilities, authorities, governments and even celebrities.  Are we not supposed to look up to these entities as opposed to cowering to them?

We now have hand held prisons (phones and computers), like an ankle cuff that you dare not leave behind.  Your addiction to bowing your head to look into the blue light as they censor and program you with more and more each day.  Pulling you deeper into a soulless life of self and introversion.

_**Just stand up... as when you lower your head or slump your spine you weaken your energy, body, intuition, spirit and courage.**_

# Try this experiment:

Look down and slump your spine, feel the strength in your body, feel your mood, emotions and try to think or intuit.  It is hard as your energy portals to universal energies are closed, the chakras are compressed and shut... energy can enter but none can be transferred as you are pushed deeper inside not to communicate with life.

# Now lift your head

And straighten your spine, stand tall so that you are apart of the energies of the universe.  Feel your strength return, clarity of thought, intuition and courage.  Look at people, nature and the sky... open yourself and set yourself free, it is that easy to open the door to the rest of your life... and be a part of it, not subjugated to it.
