북경반점

새로 지은 건물에 중국음식점이 생겨서 가보기로 했다. 이층과 삼층을 중국집이 차지하고 있다.

주인 부부가 화교이고 운영한지 60년이 되었다고 한다. 우리는 처음 왔으니까 기본음식인 짜장면과 짬뽕을 시켰다.

그런데 짬뽕 비주얼이 영 아니다.

짜장면은 그런대로 맛있었다. 
그런데 짬뽕은 일단 국물이 짜다. 국물 속에 있는 배추, 당근,  호박 등의 야채는 다 흐물거린다. 오랫동안 끊인듯 하다. 게가 반마리 들었는데 살을 한입 베어 입에 넣었는데 아무맛이 나지 않는다. 굴짬뽕을 시킨 것도 아닌데 굴이 들었다. 좋은 재료가 들어간 것 같은데 맛은 없다.
다음에도 이곳에 다시 올 지는.....
