Always remember that the dark gives way to the dawn. You'll be stronger because of the hard things that have happened to you, not the good things. Remember that fact.

I have had to train myself to greet all occurrences as blessings, however obvious or in disguise. I find that when I do that eventually the blessing does reveal itself. I think both hard times and good times strengthen us. The hard times sharpen our focus more, but the good times give us the energy to want to even bother.
