I'm going to share my favourite lentil meatball dish with you. Lentils are high in protein, making them a good source of nutrition. The meatballs are firm, crunchy, and oh-so-delicious!

## Ingredients
<br>


* 1 teaspoon lentils (red)

* 1 cup finely chopped bulgur wheat

* 3 tablespoons distilled water

### To make a tomato sauce



* 1 tablespoon tomato paste

* 1 onion, medium

* two garlic cloves

* 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil

* salt

* peppercorns

* paprika, red pepper powder

* Mint is a flavorful herb.

* Cumin is a spice that is used to flavour

* Veggies (Scallions and parsley)

* Salad greens

## Preparation

Let's start by cooking 1 glass of lentils in 3 glasses of water until they're tender.
Turn off the stove when the lentils are soft enough, but leave them somewhat liquid.
Mix in 1 glass fine bulgur with the lentils, cover, and set aside for 20-30 minutes.

Meanwhile, finely chop the onion and garlic and cook them in oil.

Let's put a little tomato paste on the roasted onions and garlic and cook it.

Then add the spices, mix well, and remove from the heat.

Let's add tomato paste sauce and knead well if the lentils and bulgur have waited long enough.

Continue kneading after adding the parsley and green onions.

Let's form it with our hands once we've kneaded it well. Serve with lettuce and lemon.
