## Ingredients
<br>
* A small head of cabbage ¹⁄₂ pieces
* Onion 1 piece
* Eggs 2 pieces
* Mayonnaise 2 tbsp. spoons
* Salt taste
* Pepper taste
* Flour 4 tbsp. spoons
* Vegetable oil 1-2 tbsp. spoons

## Preparation
<br>
1. Chop cabbage and onion in a blender. Place in a skillet and simmer until half cooked for about 10 minutes. Cool slightly.
Add some water if necessary.

2 ․ Beat eggs with mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Add to cabbage and onions and stir with flour.

3 ․ Spoon the pancakes into a preheated skillet and fry for a few minutes on each side.
