김제 백구 와인 체험

백구 로컬랜드에서 와인 체험을 했습니다.
여기는 주변에 포도나무가 많이 있고 거기에서 포도를 수확해서 와인을 담그고 유통하는 법인이네요..

와인의 종류가 상당히 많네요..

와인은 숙성과정을 겪는데 설명을 한참하더라고요..
우선 말씀드리면, 백포도주 등에 대해서 이야기 했는데요..
그냥 와인에 대해서 보관 방법을 알려주는데..
와인은 세워서 보관하면 나중에 못먹을수 있다고 합니다.
왜냐하면 숙성되면서 맛이 안좋아 진다고 합니다.
그래서 코르코 마게가 항상 젖어 있어야 하기 때문에 뉘어 놓고 보관해야 하고
온도도 약간 낮은 온도로 유지 되어야 해서 냉장고의 냉장보관 그리고, 뉘어서 보관 해야 한다고 합니다.
여기 통들이 있는데 우리나라에서는 만들지 못하고 수입을 해와야 한다네요..
못을 전혀 사용하지 않고 와인이 들어가는데 본드같은걸 사용 하지 않고 맞춰서 액체가 세지 않게 만든다고 합니다.
그리고, 오랫동안 숙성을 시키는데 보통 몇년된 와인 하는것이
사실은 절반정도만 그당시 와인이라고 하고 나머지는 새로운 와인이 섞인다고 하네요..
이유는 숙성을 시키면 점점 와인양이 줄어든다고 하네요. 
한해에 한번씩 보충을 한다고 합니다 줄어든 양만큼 그러다 보면 진짜는 절반정도 된다고 하네요..
이제 와인 한병씩 체험해서 가져가는데요..

먼저 병에 있는 것을 소독하는 절차를 밟습니다.
이렇게 한후에 에어로 털어냅니다.
이소독양이 몸에 안좋다고 하는 뭐라고 하던데 잊어버렸네요..
그래서, 이약품이 와인이 오래가게 해준다는데..
