A couple of quick jogs up and down the stairs and I just snuck in the 5k. First time in a while.

It's like groundhog Day at the moment. Same same and not different. At least I can get out for an hour on an evening on the bike and enjoy some cool air today after an afternoon of rain.

Waiting for the big announcements from the government to see what, if any restrictions will be lifted on Friday . It won't be a lot but the chance of a haircut would be nice.

Lets see what tomorrow brings and a big effort to get 5k in again. We all need some goals at the moment in a world that seems to be in stasis.
