Support for independent couples in the Solo Pilkada Bagyo Wahyono and FX Supardjo (Bajo) began to flow. Apart from a number of communities, support also came from the retired fighters of Indonesia Raya or PPIR.

They declared themselves to support the tailor pair and the RW chairman, on Wednesday (9/9) night.

"We support the Bajo pair because they come from the lower classes. They can represent the feelings of the little people. We hope that the leadership of the Bajo in the city of Solo will prioritize the civilized and alcohol free people," said the head of PPIR Solo, Sukadi Hendri Puji Basuki.

Present at the declaration were the Muslim community in Surakarta City, the Bina Sejahtera Community in Surakarta and the Andalan Farmers Group in Surakarta.

"Hopefully this declaration can be an encouragement for volunteers to win the Bajo," he said.

Bagyo Wahyono said he was happy to get this support. He claimed that he had previously received similar support from a number of mass organizations and communities to win the Pilkada on December 9, 2020.

"Yes, we are glad we get this support. We are more determined to step in the 2020 Pilkada. Previously we have also been supported by several mass organizations," he explained.

Bagyo added that after undergoing a medical test which lasted for two days at the Dr. Moewardi Regional Hospital, he admitted that he was increasingly steadfast in progressing in the Pilkada. He will soon reveal the program to build the city of Solo.
