Agoraphobia

## Introduction
Most individuals are familiar with the majority of phobias. Everyone will understand claustrophobia, social phobia, or arachnophobia if you mention them. When agoraphobia is mentioned, most people simply shrug their shoulders. As a result, many persons with agoraphobia take a year, but in some cases much longer, to figure out what's wrong with them.

Because the physical symptoms of fear and anxiety that come with agoraphobia are so severe, patients with agoraphobia frequently seek treatment from a variety of doctors. Because most doctors aren't equipped to diagnose agoraphobia, much fewer anxiety disorders, agoraphobia has time to take hold in most people before they understand enough about it to seek psychiatric help and heal.

## Agoraphobia Definition
Here are some principles of agoraphobia: "Fear of or avoidance of places or situations from which it may be difficult (or embarrassing) to escape, or from which aid may not be available in the event of a symptom, attack, or panic symptom," according to the definition of agoraphobia. (DSM-IV) Anxiety disorder agoraphobia is a sort of phobia. Agoraphobia is derived from the Greek terms agora (o), which means "market," and phobia (), which means "fear".

People with agoraphobia, which literally means "fear of the public". In actuality, most persons with agoraphobia are more scared of fear or anxiety in open and public locations. Especially in situations when there is no one to assist in the case of a panic attack or a true danger.

## Agoraphobia Symptoms
The following are the most common symptoms of agoraphobia:

1) Panic attacks are brief bursts of intense anxiety that last about ten minutes.

2) Avoidance behaviors: Avoiding places and situations that are difficult to leave or maybe embarrassing to leave abruptly.

3) Seek assistance or flee to "Safe" escape locations: Areas where agoraphobia feels psychologically comfortable.
A person with agoraphobia's most popular safe refuge is in their own house.

## Advice

I believe that there are some people with this kind of phobia but are hiding it from others because of the feeling that no one will believe them. Well, people have believed weirder phobias, so why not agoraphobia?

Generally speaking doctors see psychiatry, but they are not always trained in care and diagnosis of this type of pathology. Which really is often very difficult to detect, even though it is extremely common. There are too many psychiatric illnesses that affect people, who live without being detected.
