Protein intake is more than necessary, the calories you take in should come from that source mainly and not from carbohydrates, considering that muscles hypertrophy is with these macromolecules, carbohydrate is necessary for energy, but without protein, you don't do much.

Hello @lennyblogs, I already knew this technique to gain muscle mass, and I am pleased to have read it in your post.

I am in a very different phase, "clear" adipose tissue so that my already acquired muscle structure can be seen, a difficult case because it is like "reducing calories" without sacrificing the already acquired muscle mass.
