Also, she is trying to trademark "this sick beat", which is just adorable.

Let's be honest...that's more similar than a LOT of songs that have won plagiarism cases in court. I actually think Taylor might have sat around practicing her best Jay-Z impression (she's pretty darn good actually, for what it is.)

Given how similar the beats are, I think she should employ former music luminary Vanilla Ice for PR purposes, stat.

I had to google the Nicki Minaj/ Anaconda thing. I'm not really up on that and I'm not sure my quality of life has improved now that I have this knowledge.

I guess we can add Taylor not-so-Swift to the list of celebrities consumed by their own celebrity.

Right up there with <a href="http://www.thesmokinggun.com/documents/celebrity/lee-im-spike-spike-tv">Spike Lee</a>.

I hope Taylor doesn't decide to go after <a href="https://cars.suzuki.co.uk/new-cars/new-swift/">Suzuki</a> for ripping off her name, way back in 2001.
