My Daily Post - Friday: Selective Color

<center>For this entry in the #mydailypost challenge I present a macro shot of this flower and it's prominent stamen. I visited Heritage Village the other day to walk around and take some pictures but was disappointed when I saw that the hurricane had severely damaged the small garden they have on the grounds. While 95% of the gardens were destroyed and had already been excavated by the staff there were still a few flowers that withstood the beating Hurricane Irma dished out.

It seems to me that the photo in such processing expresses all that has happened, a hurricane, destruction .. And a multi-colored flower, and everything is gray, even leaves. I like!
