Those damn Chi-coms! They have been cooking their books since the start of this and today they stopped reporting entirely after kicking out American journalists. Never forget that this virus is Made in China and they lied about it for months! We must disentangle from this hostile, tyrannical country.

Today America leap-frogged France into the sixth most infected country as 2800 new cases were confirmed, bringing our total to 9,200, but don't let the number of cases disturb you too much. The number of cases is likely to skyrocket quickly as our testing swings into high gear. What matters most is the number of fatalities, of course, but also the critically or seriously sick people. However, the numbers of these extreme cases are questionable. Yesterday we had merely 12 serious cases (certainly a hope-giving stat), but today we lost 41 souls (our most yet) bringing our total to 150 deaths. Today, in all the land, we are reporting only 64 of severe cases, compared to Italy's 2,257.

Italy again had its worst day yet with 475 souls lost and over 4,200 new cases. Spain and Germany each discovered 2,900 new cases, but the Germans had only 2 deaths and the Spaniards lost 105, down from 191 yesterday.

Nevertheless, the fatality rate climbed again to 9.6% of resolved cases while 20,492 new cases were confirmed today worldwide.
