My Actifit Report Card: December 28 2019
I played a really casual eighteen basket disc golf round with my friend today.  We didn't keep score and were out for the conversation and enjoying the outdoors.  There were a lot of other people out playing the course today.  I saw another one of my friends and helped him find one of his lost discs.

Later in the evening I paced around the house to get my 10K steps.

One of the presents that arrived at Christmas was a colored light that you can adjust to different colors with your smartphone.  I've been having fun adjusting it to various shades.  I took this picture of it this evening and adjusted it in Photoshop Express.

It looks like the surface of the bulb is a different color than the light that comes out of it.  In the photo you can see just a bit of that but when you view the light with your eyes you can see it more.

There is not much else going in at the moment.  It seems like the days are very short right now.  Even when the sun does rise it does not get very high in the sky.

The disc golf course was relatively dry today and the sun even came out for a few hours this morning but we should be getting some more rain soon.

What is the main purpose of being able to adjust the light color?  Is it just a fun novelty or is there some other purpose?

Can't love short days !  So glad that we have turned the corner and will be getting a minute or two more of daylight each day.

It is just a fun novelty.  You can dim the lights and make them a more natural color too if you want.  There are some ways to make a strobe effect through different colors but I thought it was a bit too fast of a color change.  I'm not that found of blinking light type effects.
